Merry & Bright Weekend lights up Downtown Calhoun with two days of holiday magic and community cheer. Saturday kicks off with our beloved Christmas Tree Lighting featuring caroling, sleigh rides, snow in City Park, photos with Santa and The Grinch, kids’ activities, festive treats, and holiday movies at the Gem Theatre. Sunday continues with a downtown Holiday Open House full of seasonal shopping, special touches, and a cheerful soundtrack to match. Drawing thousands each year, it’s one of Calhoun’s most joyful and treasured holiday traditions.
