The Downtown Development Authority for the City of Calhoun is committed to supporting both existing and new business development in the Downtown Historic District and Downtown Business District. Resources are available to business owners including the Revolving Loan Fund and the Façade Improvement Grant. Revolving Loan Fund (RLF)

The City of Calhoun offers a Revolving Loan Program (RLF) for local businesses, aimed at economic development and job creation. RLFs are designed to alleviate the high cost and short supply of capital for businesses by providing flexibility. Typically, RLFs lower the rate, lengthen the term and reduce the risk of a loan. This grant is available to any business in the city of Calhoun.
